Isla Cox

Owner and Creator of IAM Fitness Ltd

A little about Isla

I'm Isla and I have been training men and women for over 6 years. My specialist areas of training are using Kettlebells  to prehabilitate and rehabilitate people into their strongest and healthiest best. I hold a first class honours degree in Fitness and Personal Training from Solent University, Southampton as well as industry (REPs) recognised qualifications in personal training, pre & post natal training & GP referred medical clients, Kettlebell Training, Pilates, Hiit & functional movement.

I hold a Professional VTCT Diploma in Pilates and I am a registered Kettlercise Instructor. My qualifications also extend to a Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy & Corrective Exercise, including being an advanced Sports Massage Practitioner.

I enjoy teaching pilates, HIIT and Kettlercise.

Sean Williams

Personal Training Manager

A little about Sean

Sean has been managing gyms and instructing people for over 12 years in the fitness industry and brings a whole wealth of experience and knowledge to IAM Fitness Ltd.  He is also a registered REPs instructor including personal training, pre & post natal training, Special populations, martial arts, boxing, bootcamp, vibrotherapy and rehabilitation exercise. 

Originally trained in Pilates under Joseph Pilates' disciple, Alan Herdman, Sean now specialises in posture analysis and improvement using the Pilates technique to help improve movement and general wellbeing. Sean teaches some of the mat pilates classes in the current schedule and is the main coach for the new CIrcuits class on Monday evenings.
