Pre and Post Natal Personal Training is a specialist form of coaching. Having had three children myself, I know how difficult it is to stay fit and healthy throughout pregnancy. Even today, there is still a lot of confusion around what exercises you can and should and should not do in pregnancy and in the months post birth.
Fortunately, I am here to help guide you through this minefield so that you can prepare your body for giving birth and start to rebuild your body once your lovely baby has been born.
I run a free consultation prior to any exercise training. It is important that you discuss your intentions to exercise during pregnancy with your doctor or midwife so that they may advise you. I will require details of any restrictions and permission from your healthcare team prior to engaging in any exercise.
It is important that you maintain a very healthy lifestyle and diet throughout pregnancy so that you can give your baby the best chance in life.
